Shepp Osteo

Gentle movement with breath in a welcoming environment. Doors open 10 mins prior to the session and close when the session begins to maintain a calm environment. Jo sets up the room prior sessions with the required number of places to reduce shuffling and interrupting other participants. You are welcome to bring your own mat or use the ones provided. Sessions begin with a warm up consisting of a mindfulness practice, breathing or pranayama and movement. Movements gently build through a Warrior Flow sequence. This may include: down-dog, lunge, plank, camel, back bends and twists. Then finishing with an inversion then deep relaxation and yoga nidra, to allow the benefits of the session to absorb into the body.

What to bring:

Wear comfortable clothes.

Have an empty belly - avoid meals 2 hours prior to the session.

Mats are provided. You may also bring your own.

Meditation & Wellbeing Circle

In-person and Online

Take a pause from the busyness of life and reconnect with your calm, grounded centre.
Our weekly Meditation & Wellbeing Circle is a nurturing space for those who want to feel more balanced, connected and inspired.

Each week we’ll gather in a warm, supportive setting to explore a mix of guided meditation, inspiring stories and fables (often drawn from Buddhist teachings), and down-to-earth conversations about mindfulness, mindset and the science of wellbeing. Together we’ll unpack what meditation really is, how it works, why it helps, and how to make it part of everyday life.

This is more than a meditation session. It’s a circle of connection. You’ll be invited to share your reflections, listen to others, and feel part of a like-minded community of wise, sensitive souls who value growth, authenticity, peace, love, joy, and of course happiness.

As the weeks unfold, we’ll also touch on self-care, goal setting, tips for supportive foods and simple lifestyle shifts to help you feel more vibrant and aligned.

The circle naturally leads into our Wellbeing Club, where you can deepen your journey with beautiful downloadable workbooks and practical tools for growth.

If you’re ready to make gentle, lasting changes in your life, to feel more peaceful, purposeful and supported, this circle is for you as we move to normalise feeling healthy and happy by doing the things that help us feel good.

Jo Bliss is an experienced, qualified meditation and yoga teacher, kinesiologist & life coach who is passionate about living in alignment.

Helpful Workbooks and Journals are available on the products page.
