Mindful Chair Movement & Meditation with Jo Bliss Take a gentle pause in your week with this calming class that blends simple standing and chair-based movements with mindful breathing, all in a positive and welcoming space. We begin by connecting with your breath. From there, you'll be guided through mindful movements/chair yoga to relax and revitalise the body and mind. The session concludes with a body scan meditation and quiet, designed to support a sense of calm, clarity, and wellbeing. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to improve their balance, strength and feel freer in the body through the stretches. A few things to know: - Entry to the Meeting Room is from the oval side for these sessions as the Mat Yoga Classes in the main hall conclude at 10 am following deep relaxation. This means you can wait in the morning sun or enter via this door without disturbing the other session. What to bring: - Wear comfy clothes that let you move and breathe with ease. - Come with an empty stomach—avoiding food for about 2 hours before helps you feel more settled and ready to receive the practice. - No experience needed—just bring yourself and a willingness to relax. - Payment of $20 - Texting Jo is recommended as at times the hall may be used for functions so yoga has a week off. Cancellation Policy
Term & Session Payments We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to approach all cancellations with compassion and fairness. Please take a moment to read our policy below: Term fees are non-refundable, except under exceptional or compassionate circumstances, as agreed upon with the provider. Term Deposit: The $50 deposit becomes non-refundable 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the start of the term. Change of Circumstances We respect your personal journey and understand that minds change, or that illness or injury may arise. However, any resulting changes or cancellations remain the responsibility of the participant and do not automatically warrant a refund. Zoom Meditation Sessions You may request a refund of your contribution up until 24 hours prior to the session. To apply for a refund, please contact us via email or text message.
